This is great! I actually just began reading the first volume of Batman Chronicles last night (which contains this story) and Batman is a brutal heartless bastard in spots.... but yeah, really nice piece of artwork John!
Kane's Batman with a gun always seems unusual to us. We prefer Frank Miller's 'Dark Knight' voice over: "A gun is a coward's weapon. We kill too often because we've made it too easy..."
That being said, nice addition of exploding brains!
